Hockaday
Our long-time clients purchased this builder spec home in Dallas’s private school corridor while it was in the final stages of construction. They brought our team in to transform it from a builder-grade home into something that felt much more personal and uniquely theirs. Working within an already established framework, we assisted with final selections, furnishings, and thoughtful customizations that made the home feel tailored to the way their family lives and entertains.
Some of our favorite moments are a home office bar with custom brass and glass shelving that we designed and had fabricated, as well as a gallery wall featuring framed, signed menus from memorable family meals over the years. These personal touches helped turn a spec house into a home layered with meaning and personality.
