Shorewood 1
Designed by Lark Interiors founder, Janelle Patton, for her own family of five, this home is a renovation of a 1990’s tract house. With three kids and a cavapoo, the goal was simply to create a home that is as beautiful as it is durable.
After living in the home for several years and understanding how the family truly used each space, the renovation focused on layering in warmth, function and timeless design by removing the original, dated finishes. The result is a family home that is practical and welcoming.
