Whether you’re coming to us for new construction, a remodel, or a furnishing project, our process always starts with a consultation. Consider this our first date – it’s a chance for us to learn more about each other and make sure we’re a good fit. We’lI talk through your project goals, explain our process and fees, and answer any questions you may have
Now that we have a good sense of the details of your project, we are prepared to answer the question: how much will it cost? We’ll provide a detailed fee estimate, furnishing budget, and estimated timeline for your project.
The official start of your project! We’ll dive into all those Pins and Instagram photos you’ve been saving. We’ll cover your design pet-peeves and all the practical, functional details that will allow us to design the perfect space for you.
You’ve patiently waited while we’ve been sourcing furniture, pulling fabrics schemes, and drawing elevations in CAD. Now you get to see the result of all our hard work. We’ll review each space in detail, providing samples for you to touch, feel, and test (want to pour coffee on the performance fabric? Go for it!)
The “are we there yet?” portion of the project. We conduct site visits, problem-solve with your builder, double-check tile orders, and answer your panicked phone calls about paint colors. We order and track (and track and track) your furniture - filing damage claims and ensuring everything is perfect before it makes its way into your home. We sweat all the small stuff, so that you don’t have to.
The best day ever. We’ll come in with our team of professional movers and other trades to pull your space together and turn your house into a home. Shelves will be styled, beds made, and candles lit. All you’ll have to do is show up when we’re done.
