Designed for a young family of three (plus a furry four-legged family member), this 1990s home was well loved for its location and neighborhood but it didn't reflect the family’s style. The original layout and finishes felt dated and the flow felt disconnected.
The entire first floor was renovated to improve function, reworking key spaces to better support how the family lives including a dedicated home office for the husband’s work from home needs, a luxe primary suite and a kitchen that includes a walk-in pantry, coffee bar and breakfast nook. Complete furnishings tied everything together, resulting in a cohesive, custom feeling home that now matches the energy and lifestyle of the family who lives there.
