Moving from a large property with acreage into a new neighborhood, this empty-nester couple wanted to downsize without giving up space for hosting family. They wanted to maintain beautiful views and room for their adult children and grandchildren to gather comfortably, while ensuring the home felt appropriately sized for their daily life.
With two large dogs who are very much part of the household and a lifestyle that includes frequent travel, the home was designed to be low maintenance and cozy. The result is a calm, welcoming retreat that feels right-sized for this stage of their life.
