Sudsbury
This Lakewood cottage belonged to a family of four who had simply outgrown the original footprint and needed a home that could better support their daily life. We fully gutted the 1,500 square foot home and added 450 square feet, transforming it into a home that fully functions for their daily living.
The addition allowed for a true primary suite for the husband and wife, complete with a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet. Functionality in this compact footprint was a major focus, ensuring every square foot was maximized, including a larger laundry and mudroom, as well as a dedicated office for the husband with a Murphy bed so that they also have space for guests.
